Warranty
At MB Veranda we extend the legal warranty up to 5 years on materials and construction. For the assembly work, we apply a period of 1 year on leaks and defects.
Aluminum has a deflection tolerance of up to 12 mm. Deflections within this tolerance are not covered by any warranty arrangements.
Warranty conditions
We care about our products and naturally do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that something happens that gives you a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any defect of conformity that comes to light within two years of delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.
If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable period of time. A reasonable time is at least two months. Under certain circumstances, a period longer than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in a timely manner, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.
Karbantartás
Necessary maintenance does not apply to our canopies and porches. By using high-quality aluminum, our products are low-maintenance. If necessary, you can wipe the aluminum with a wet cloth with soapy water to clean it. Using a (retractable) chamois you can clean the roof. We recommend that you clean your canopy at least twice a year.
